Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why, and the choices you have.

Last updated: 21 October 2026

1. Who we are

This website is operated by Darji Accounting & Bookkeeping Services, Office No. 1835, Level 18, The Burjuman Business Tower, Al Mankhool, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“we”, “us”). We are the controller of the personal data described below.

Contact for privacy matters: support@darjiaccounting.ae.

2. Data we collect

When you send us a quote or contact request we collect: your name, email address, phone number, the service you are interested in and the business details you choose to share (for example number of employees or invoices), plus the page you submitted the form from.

When you email, call or WhatsApp us we keep the details you give us in order to answer you.

Our servers automatically log technical information such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and time of the request, for security and reliability.

If you accept analytics cookies we also collect anonymised usage statistics (see “Cookies”).

3. Why we use your data

  • To respond to your enquiry and prepare a quote (taking steps at your request, and your consent when you tick the box on our form).
  • To provide accounting, tax, audit and advisory services if you become a client.
  • To keep the website secure and working (legitimate interest).
  • To understand how the website is used and improve it (only with your consent).
  • To meet legal and regulatory obligations that apply to us in the UAE.

4. Cookies

The website works without non-essential cookies. If analytics is enabled you will be asked first; analytics cookies, performance measurements and anonymous error reports (provided by Google Firebase / Google Analytics) are only collected if you choose “Accept”. These tell us which pages are used, how fast they load and when something breaks — they do not include the contents of forms you fill in. You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser.

We remember your cookie choice in your browser’s local storage (no personal data).

5. Who we share data with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the website and handle enquiries — for example website hosting, email delivery and (if you consent) analytics, performance and error monitoring (Google) — and only as needed for those services. We may also disclose data where required by law or by a competent UAE authority.

6. Transfers outside the UAE

Some of our providers may process data outside the UAE. Where that happens we use providers that apply appropriate safeguards and we only send what is necessary.

7. How long we keep it

Enquiry details are kept for as long as needed to deal with your request and for up to 24 months afterwards unless you become a client, in which case client records are kept for the period required by UAE accounting, tax and audit regulations. Server logs are kept for a short period for security.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures (encrypted connections, restricted access, up-to-date systems) to protect your data. No internet transmission is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive financial documents through the website form.

9. Your rights

Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) you may ask us to: give you access to your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its processing, and withdraw your consent at any time (without affecting earlier processing).

Email support@darjiaccounting.ae and we will respond within a reasonable time. You may also complain to the UAE Data Office.

10. Children

This website is for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
